The move-in process was seamless, thanks to the helpful staff who assisted with paperwork and showed me around the property. The apartment itself is clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make it feel like home. The staff have been incredibly friendly and responsive, answering any questions I had during the move-in process. So far, I'm really enjoying my stay at Cluster Apartment. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the amenities and getting to know my neighbors better. I'm excited to see what the future holds

submitted by Jorge L. - |Recommended: No“Disappointment“ — In my personal experience at first it was like everything else, wonderful I found my home in The cluster, today I am truly sorry for having recommended 7 people to live here, mainly because of the bad treatment that you normally find in the office when you need something, they always help you, it's true But no good will and I don't particularly like that In addition to this, something terrible happened because I transferred apartments, I received the new one in the worst hygienic conditions and on top of that with the air conditioning broken, something that I struggled for two days to get them to give me a solution this in the middle of August with temperatures of more than 100 degrees today I live with cockroaches, we have seen mice and really my family and I are very disappointed and it is not the fault of the place, it has a very good location and is in good condition nothing fancy it is really the fault It has the administration and the owners and the people who work there because they only think about housing new ones They don't think about those of us who have been paying up to date for years Respectfully, me

If you are still experiencing any maintenance issues in your apartment, please contact the office so they may address them. We do appreciate you referring 7 people to live at The Clusters, and hope to make it a place you enjoy calling home again!

submitted by Christie B. - |Recommended: YesLove My Home But … — I love living here but there are so many updates that need to be done. The massive potholes are going to damage someone’s car, the doors and windows need to be replaced which would cut down on noise and ridiculously high electric bills. The problems with the water EVERY SINGLE WEEK need to be completely fixed, not just put a band aid on it to get through until it the next time something goes wrong. Anyway, I’m in my 3rd year in my apartment and haven’t thought of moving anywhere else. Office and maintenance staff are great people. We just need to the corporate office to step up with the funds to make all the necessary FULL repairs and updates without charging it all back to the residents
