|Recommended: YesThe Clusters — The clusters are good apartments, everyone minds their business. Parking is hard and confusing but we make it work.
|Recommended: NoI have lived at The Clusters Apartments for two years. While the complex was decent at first, the quality of living declined over time. Our apartment flooded twice due to a neighboring unit. Although it was not our fault, management’s response was poor. Drying equipment was left running for days with little communication, and the carpet was never properly cleaned, leaving a strong musty odor.
After the second flood, the ceiling began peeling and cracking. No inspection was done, and we had to submit multiple maintenance requests before the issue was patched. Maintenance delays are common, often taking weeks, with repeated excuses of being understaffed.
Despite advertising as pet-friendly, our dogs were frequently used as a reason to delay repairs, even though they were securely crated. Management claimed otherwise, despite camera evidence. Overall, poor maintenance and lack of accountability make this complex hard to recommend, especially for large dog owners.

|Recommended: YesI moved in in 24, needed something quick, was going thru a separation at the time. The staff was so helpful and worked with me to get me a 1 bedroom. I absolutely appreciated everything they did, and I loved my 1 bedroom. I made my yr with them and loved this little community so much I decided to get a 2 bedroom, only cuz I wanted a bit more space. The transition was made very easy, I could not have asked for anything more. When there are issues with let's say the water and maintenance needs to be done that affects the residents in anyway, they
send out an email, to let you know it is being worked on. They make thing very easy and convenient for their residents. I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends and family
